2. Services

Epoxy Elite provides professional epoxy flooring installation services, including Epoxy Quartz, Epoxy Flakes, and Metallic Epoxy systems for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, location, and scheduling.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through our website or in person are non-binding and subject to change based on a thorough on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins. Prices may vary depending on surface condition, square footage, material selection, and project complexity.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Once a project is scheduled and a deposit is received, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our work and use premium materials for every installation. Specific warranty terms and coverage details will be outlined in your project agreement. Normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project space and requirements
  • Ensure the work area is cleared and accessible before the scheduled start date
  • Provide access to electricity and water as needed for the installation
  • Follow all post-installation care instructions provided by our team

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Epoxy Elite and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:
